Nomad

Nomad drew its inspiration from travel. A trip by the owners to Barcelona motivated the purchase of a charcoal fire oven to which not only the menu owes its flair, but the color pallet of black, yellows, hot oranges and reds as well. Textures, props, art and lighting further add to this Spanish travel theme to help transport guests. Lastly, the open kitchen entices guests with sights and smells of Barcelona. It’s this open kitchen that allows the chef and staff to draw upon the energy of the entire space.
